A confirmation, then a form
You get the appointment confirmation immediately and a short medical history to complete before you arrive. Filling it in at home saves fifteen minutes in the waiting room.
Twenty minutes of questions
The provider looks at your face in motion, asks what bothers you, and frequently points at something you did not mention. You are allowed to disagree with them.
A plan and a number
Written, itemised, and yours to take away and think about. Same-day treatment is usually possible if you want to go ahead, and the deposit comes off the total.

How do I book an appointment?
Online through the booking link on this page, through the New Image Works app on iOS or Android, or by calling the clinic you want to visit. All three go to the same schedule.
What does a consultation cost?
In person is a $100 deposit, which is applied to your treatment if you book within a month. Virtual consultations are $25 and are a sensible first step for weight loss or if you are still deciding.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, and the practice publishes a service and cancellation policy covering the notice period. Call the clinic directly rather than emailing if the appointment is within twenty four hours.
How quickly will somebody reply to an email?
Same or next business day in most cases. If you need an answer today, the phone is faster, and every clinic answers its own line during opening hours.
Do you take walk-ins?
Only for retail and gift cards. Anything clinical is by appointment, because the provider you need may be with a patient or at a different location that day.
