The practice behind three clinics

Founded and run by Tatiana Alexeev, NP, a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who has been named to the Top 100 Best Aesthetic Injectors in America four times.

Tatiana Alexeev, NP, founder and owner of New Image Works

Tatiana Alexeev, NP

Tatiana is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who built New Image Works from a single Chicago location into three clinics. She trained with leading injectors across the USA, Canada, Switzerland, Italy, England, Spain and Brazil, developed the Wanted Lips technique, and has taught for Allergan USA and the American Institute of Aesthetic Medicine. She has personally trained every injector on staff.

What that adds up to in practice is boring and important: the person who set the standard is still the person enforcing it. When a new injector joins, they are trained here before they treat anybody here.

What the practice is actually built on

Natural is the brief, not a bonus
The measure of good work here is that people ask if you have been sleeping better, not where you had it done.
One person trained everyone
Every injector at all three locations was trained by Tatiana personally, which is why the result does not change when your usual provider is booked.
You get told no
If a treatment will not do what you want, or if a different one costs less and works better, that is the conversation you get instead of a quote.

About the practice

Who owns New Image Works?

Tatiana Alexeev, NP, a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. She founded the practice, still treats patients, and personally trained every injector working at the three clinics.

What is the Wanted Lips technique?

Tatiana's own approach to lip filler. It builds proportion and shape rather than chasing volume, so the results tend to read as a good mouth rather than as filler. It is the reason a lot of patients travel in.

Are the providers licensed medical professionals?

Yes. The injectors are nurse practitioners and registered nurses with the credentials listed next to their names, and the estheticians are licensed. Aventura has a medical director, Dr Humberto Palladino.

Do you train other injectors?

Yes. New Image Works Academy runs training for aesthetic professionals, and Tatiana has taught for Allergan USA and the American Institute of Aesthetic Medicine.

What does Top 10 by Allergan mean?

Allergan makes Botox and Juvederm and publishes an annual ranking of the practices using them at the highest volume and standard. Two New Image Works clinics have placed in the national top ten.

The work itself is broken down under treatments, and if you would rather see the rooms and the hours first, each clinic has its own page.
